It is one of the most pungent, promising, upright type which can be cultivated as Rabi season crop. Plants are bushy, compact, with dark green fruits, 6 to 8 cm. in length and 0.8 cm. in thickness. When over matured fruits turn deep red.
Anal F1
It is a highly pungent variety which can be grown in all seasons under high land conditions. The fruit length is 10 to 12 cm. and 1.0 cm. thick. A good variety for both fresh market and dried purpose.
Jwalan F1
A variety which has a wide range of adaptability for different soil and climatic conditions, resistant to virus. Slender fruits, 12 to 14 cm. in length, 1 cm. thick. Appropriate for both fresh market and dried purpose.
Shakti F1
A prolific bearing variety, with short internodes and vigorous root formation. Fruits are about 10 cm. in length, 1 cm. thick, attractive shiny red at maturity. High yielder, good for transportation, suitable for both, fresh market and dried purpose.
Vikram F1
A mildly pungent variety, with vigorous plants and fruit setting ability. Large, long, straight and smooth fruits, weighing upto 18 gm., 1.5 cm. thick, 15 cm. in length with thick flesh. Good for fresh market and pickling.
Atom F1
A highly pungent tall vigorous variety, tolerant to drought and heat. Fruits are 8 cm. in length, 1 cm. thick and about 6 gm. in weight. Suitable for both, fresh market and dried purpose. The quality of dried fruits are good and attractive with shiny bright red color.
